Happy New Year! There is much to look forward to and the travel industry is thriving despite the economy and warning of gloom and doom the cruise lines have been building bigger and more elaborate ships, pouring millions into new ports, private islands and exotic itineraries that can be enjoyed sailing out of the continental U.S.

Not to be out done resorts and all-inclusive have become very competitive. Partnering with airlines for junket trips and incentive vacation travel, there are a lot of places now offered through these programs. There is much to be offered and options that had once been pricey and thought of as "something for later on"….are now very attainable at competitive rates for five star properties at fantastic locations all over the world.

Europe with the cruise lines has offers like never before with ports that take you further into regions, air packages that are less expensive then independent air, hotels for pre and posts which offer wonderful opportunities at high end properties for median rates.

All things considered, with a bit of advance planning, I have clients that are taking two trips rather than one for the same money they used to spend.
